01.Data Intake & CAD Encryption
All CAD models (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ) and vector files (.DXF, .AI) uploaded through our instant quote engine or file intake portals are transmitted over 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted channels. Proprietary geometry is accessed strictly for automated toolpath pre-checking and manufacturing cost estimation.
02.Information Usage & Odoo ERP Integration
Contact information, project parameters, and billing details are securely stored within our private Odoo 19 ERP database instance. Data is used exclusively to fulfill fabrication orders, dispatch courier deliveries, and manage studio appointments.
03.Third-Party Data Sharing Prohibition
X Maker Shift strictly prohibits selling, renting, or leasing client intellectual property, contact lists, or 3D files to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted logistics providers (e.g., local NYC courier services) necessary to execute order dispatch.
04.User Rights & Data Deletion
Clients maintain full rights to request complete deletion of their CAD models, account records, and intake history at any time by contacting our LIC studio compliance desk at [email protected].
